  • Overall I thought the book was decent but nothing special The first half of the book had information that I already knew The second half though was very interesting It provides a breakdown of various diseases and conditions, and provides various forms of food, supplements and natural remedies to use in order to treat the problems I thought this was the only unique aspect of the book It is a nice reference book for natural remedies.
