  • I think I need to give up on thrillers If they are not spectacularly well done I become irritated The main character, Rebecca, possessed not one redeeming quality, the mistress is a watered down version of Rebecca, the husband should have been named Flat Stanley and the detectives were a snore In addition to the poorly developed characters there are plot holes, the implausible and filler galore I m not happy with a one star rating but I m far from happy with this book.

  • Flawed character Well actually most of them were not only flawed but darn right unlikeable.Paul and Rebecca seem to have the perfect life Seem, is the correct word They have good careers, lovely home which happens to be on the fabulous Long Island.Where people judge you on materialistic means. But Rebecca has a problem, no an addiction, and addiction to Opioids that is vastly becoming a severe long lasting hinder to her wonderful life.Paul lost his job, now he s seeking comfort in extramarit Flaw [...]

  • What a wild thriller Full of deeply disturbed characters that bring new meaning to the words HOT MESS A book chocked full of disturbed people doing despicable things Adultery, addiction, dishonesty, lying, stealing, stalking seriously, what s not to love If you are someone who needs to like or relate to the characters in your books this probably isn t the one for you, BUT if you like to watch things fall apart and people self destruct this is thriller perfection It s kind of like reality What a w [...]

  • The main issue I had with this book was it felt like the authors E.G Scott is a pseudonym concentrated so much on this twisted plot and forgot that there needs to be some compelling reason why the reader should be interested in what happens to the characters I m all for unlikable characters in books, but there has to be something about them that wants me to keep reading The first 100 pages or so were a chore to get though because the characters felt so over the top, but eventually I at lea The m [...]

  • Confusing and disjointed, with too many POVs and time changes I really tried and ultimately DNFed it at a little over 50%.I have no FOMO whatsoeverat all.

  • 5 Suspenseful, Eerie, Impossible to Put Down Wow oh wow what a read The Woman Inside is a psychological thriller that at times made my hair stand on end.Be prepared to be lured into a tangled web of deceit, a story of betrayal, secrets, lies, addiction, adultery, affairs, it s dangerous, thrilling, and the juicy lil twists wow didn t see them coming This is a compulsive story that will get under your skin, you won t want to put it down The story is told by Rebecca and her Husband Paul.It takes 5 [...]

  • E.G Scott is a psuedonym for two writers, one in publishing and one is a screenwriter and I am in love with both of them The Woman Inside is a fabulously flawed domestic thriller with original twists and turns, while taking on real issues that our society faces today Rebecca and Paul appear to have the perfect life with great careers, and a beautiful home on Long Island where real estate is power and success Behind this flawless image, is a flawed and broken relationship that is hidden in [...]
