  • I came across this short story on Twitter and had to check it out The story centers around a place where people keep disappearing, and no one knows exactly what happened to them The author tells the story through the eyes of a young girl who is watching it all happen I loved the perspective, and the author did a great job of building the tension I don t want to say too much for fear of spoilers, but I will say that the ending hit me hard A very enjoyable and fast read for anyone who enjoys I cam [...]

  • A creepy little tale. This is my first reading of O Neill s work Let the Bodies is one of a series of connected stories it feels like a Grimm fairy tale as filtered through the sensibility of Thomas Ligotti Although I wouldn t enjoy a steady diet of this kind of story, O Neill shows a good deal of promise.

  • This was the second part of a two part story, but it definitely stands on its own Now I ll have to read the first book This story was nicely written, and very eerie and atmospheric There wasn t a dull moment, and I know I ll read much from this author Highly recommended.
