  • Starting with the cover, I wasn t crazy about this book I mean, come on, it doesn t look Regency, it looks like some woman playing dress up The story line did have potential, I just didn t love the way it was written It s an okay book, but that s all just okay.

  • Sorry to say this book was not for me I didn t feel any connection to the characters and the story just wasn t interesting to me I can t even pinpoint why exactly.

  • A fine Delightful read I am wholly appreciative of this kind of Romance because the author stayed True to the genre and the Timeline Staying faithful to the aforementioned category makes this work authentic and anchored to the chosen setting The author does not insult the reader by injecting present day words like the killjoy okay and present day phrases used in present day context like from here on out to a British setting during the Regency period So, Thank You dear author for respecting the [...]

  • Good storyThis was a good story although it was an expected ending I enjoyed it but could put it down and pick back up easily Sometimes a book that can be put down is a good thing.

  • A clean romance, less predictable than I thought it would be and thus a pleasant surprise Quick read It seemed the main characters let themselves get pushed around by the opinions of others too much at first.

  • 2.5 I m not completely sure how to rate this book I never felt close to any of the characters in this book It was difficult to read, although relatively short.
