  • This was another fun instalment in the Janus Group series The series is a sci fi thriller with plenty of action and a bit of mystery It is like Jason Bourne set in a fun sci fi future with space travel and cool sci fi technology The second book ended on a bit of a cliffhanger so this one got of to a quick start With Rath and Paisen both captured by the Group it was up to Martin and Alexi to save them if they wanted their help to expose the group Dazy gets further caught up in the action as the f [...]

  • I was given a free advance copy of this book in exchange for my honest review. This ended up being a really fun series I think back to when I first started it, and I really had no idea what I was getting into While the characters weren t as well developed as others I ve read, I still really enjoyed following them throughout these three books and seeing how events forced their paths to cross.Like Rath s Gambit did before, this book started out exactly where the previous one left off And, as before [...]

  • This review was originally posted to Jen in Bookland Note I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review Also this is the third book in a series and NOT a standalone You should have read the first two books before continuing on or you will be lost There will be spoilers for the first two books ahead Rath s Reckoning is the third and final chapter of the Janus Group Trilogy and man was it fun Just as great as the first two books in the series The author did such a great job wrapp [...]

  • Great readI just feel in love with this series from the time I read the free short story about the 50 kills I wanted of that book and bingo , Mr Platt came out with the series and after I bought the first one I ended up preordering every single one that came out after that I never give a lot about what is in the books that I review because I am always afraid to spoil it for you The series is well worth buying and has a great storyline The characters are well developed and once you start reading [...]

  • Raths ReckoningWow what a way to wrap things up in the trilogy Although it is said there will be another book Rath, Paisen and Beauceron are back trying to bereft the world of the Group Will they succeed I hate spoilers, so I won t say But suffice to say the ending is amazingly creative New people are introduced, some old ones are explained , and you learn about the present ones I love Piers Platt He writes so fluidly and makes things just complex enough, but not so much you have to wade throug [...]

  • The conclusion to the Rath trilogy rocks along.ough it covers a lot of territory in stellar geography and plot development it doesn t feel rushed, cramped or abbreviated and the conclusion smoothly wraps up the loose ends while leaving scope if the author so wishes for further development I ve really enjoyed this trilogy and would be interested in any further developments in the Rath verse if they continue to develop the storylineI am also very keen to read other works from this author.

  • Bittersweet EndingsMan, I love this series Rath, Paisen, Beauceron, and Dasi go through hell but keep pushing Betrayal, adventure, action this series runs the gamut Sorry to see the story end It s bittersweet, knowing this part of the series is wrapped I can see spin offs

  • Gotta finish it up right So how exactly do you get even with a group that runs an assassin corp with shadowy government oversight Well to be honest, it s tricky.Rath and company are in for the fight of their lives The story wraps up nicely, and it could end here But it seems like there s in store for Rath I m anxious to grab the next story in the line.

  • A short and fun read Maze Runner meets space ships and assassins I heard talk of the author continuing this series but I think that this book wrapped up the story line very nicely There was very little bad language and the not so many descriptions of blood gore I would recommend as a good YA read.

  • Great series I truly enjoyed this book and The Janus Group series Rath s Reckoning did a fine job of wrapping up all the plots and subplots of all the books in Mr Platt s trilogy I highly recommend this trilogy and suggest you begin at the beginning.

  • I usually don t spend money on books, preferring to get them from the library instead In this case, though, it was so worth it Recommended for any fans of high speed chases, strange planets, anti heroes, and lots of violence 5 5 stars.

  • Good thriller Full of violence Ambiguity about the place of violence in a violent corrupt society A thought provoking series if thinking is your thing Probably a satisfying thriller if violence doesn t disturb you.

  • Nice ending to a pretty good series I like that all four main characters survived at the end One thing I m not sure about is Rath s obsession with Jaymi Anyway it seems like there might be a future series with Rath so I ll be waiting to read that too.

  • Enjoyed all three books Rath is a well developed character and there are lots of action and plot twists to keep a reader occupied I enjoyed the format of all three books and amLooking forward to reading from this author.

  • Excellent BookThis book is a great ending to the Janus Group And it left enough for there to be a great spin off of a new series.I tag this a Must Read book and series.

  • An excellent conclusion to what began in the first book Rath s Reckoning as well as the previous titles in the Janus Group series may be short, but is a fun and most enjoyable read.
